Known for one of the biggest and vibrant cities in the World, the state of New York can be overlooked when it comes to its outdoors. Not so fast! The state of New York has countless Adventures that you need to see. Knowing this, we crafted a list with 6 Out Of This World Adventures In New York. Check them out!

1. Sleeping Beauty 

Sleeping Beauty Mountain has some of the best views of Lake George and the Adirondacks surrounding it. Catch a sunset or a sunrise here, and you wont be disappointed.  Located near Fort Ann.

 

2. Sam’s Point Trail

With Verkeerderkill Falls, ice caves, and crazy views of the Shawngunk Valley from Sam’s Point, Sam’s Point Trail will have you coming back for more. Near Pine’s Point.
 

3. Mount Jo

Mount Jo is an iconic Adirondack Adventure. With views of the Adirondacks and Heart Lake, Mount Jo is a must. The Adirondacks are the pride of New York and are located in North Elba.  

4. Ausable Chasm

The Grand Canyon of the Adirondacks is out of this world. With the Ausable River flowing through it,  its an awesome spot to kayak/canoe/float and explore. Located in Keeseville.

5. Kaaterskill Falls

One of the Catskill Mountains prize Adventures, Kaaterskill Falls is a two tiered waterfall with recess caves and an awesome place to explore around. Located in Hunter New York.
 

6. Letchworth State Park

Known as the Grand Canyon of the East, Letchworth State Park is a must for any Adventurer. Huge gorge created by Genesse River with multiple massive waterfalls.
